To Him is able to do
immeasurably more
than I could ask or imagine
according to His Power
that is at work within.
To Him be the glory forever

i threw my phone today in the floorboard of my van and broke the screen. confession is good for the soul...? i let anger build up- how do you just not let it in at all? someone let me know-
Great question! I can't answer that...I think that is something that we never think about. We realize when we let anger build up, be we don't think about the fact that we shouldn't let it begin in the first place. I'll have to ponder that one for a while...thanks for continuing to make me think! I'm sorry about your phone though! That stinks! :o)
You asked, "How do you just not let it in at all?" I'm thinking (and praying) that ANGER is not only okay but expected. What we DO with it is another thing. Agree? "BE ANGRY and do not sin."
The anger must not GAIN CONTROL over us/ME.
The MESSAGE says something like go ahead and be angry but do not use it as fuel for revenge.
I'd say taking it out on your phone is perfectly acceptable. :) That from a fellow-(albeit much worse) anger-management struggler.
I am really enjoying your posts. So totally completely impressed with your writing. I love to see inside your beautiful soul.

"Confession is a virtue that few ever choose to ascribe to...but one that all need to live" bravo brave friend. baby steps.
