Prayer Request

i know everyone who reads my blog loves God and talks to Him often, a hopeful assumption. can you please lift me up this week to be clear minded, focused and not forget my reason i do the things i do. the wizard will begin in the morning...i want God to be glorified- bottem line- and i want kids to know Him. so pray for that and throw in a good word for Gates self esteem. thank you.

g - you are doing a fantastic job...julianna talked about david and jonathan before naptime, and is singing "jesus is my nightlight" all the day long. so -i consider it a success. i continue to lift you up in prayer sister! love you.

hol- the wizard is our vbs theme, wizard of oz (or "because of the wonderful things He does")

it's been awesome, but i am tired and thinking about mexico now- a little bit on the pre-occupied side. wish i could get spoiled. miss you!

VBS was AWESOME! All the other VBS programs I've seen have been somewhat boring. The kids I've worked with have really seemed excited and they have learned so much that I know they will take with them. You are very much loved and appreciated! Oh, by the way, I told Gates how AWESOME his hair was today. He said I was the 16th person that had said that to him. I think he's feeling better about it. I told him that when John and I first started dating, he had long curly hair that went halfway down his back when it was brushed straight. Gates told me that's how long he was letting his grow! He said he only had 7 inches left to grow! (I hope I haven't pumped him up too much! :) He's such a great kid!

ANYONE WHO WASN'T AT CPCC VBS MISSED OUT! Kudos, Gena. So proud of you and all your hard work. EVEN REAGAN WANTED TO GO TO "BBS."
